This Service Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which clients may cancel their marketing services, including Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, SEO, and Paid Advertising. By using our services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Cancellation Before Service Start
Clients may cancel their order within 72 hours of payment, provided that the service has not yet started. In such cases, a full or partial refund may be issued after evaluation of any administrative or processing costs incurred.
2. Cancellation After Service Has Started
Once the service has commenced (including planning, content development, account setup, ad campaign preparation, etc.), cancellation is still allowed, but any refund will be calculated based on the portion of work already completed. The remaining balance may not be refundable.
3. Long-Term or Subscription-Based Services
For ongoing services or monthly subscriptions, clients must provide at least 7 days' notice prior to the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month. Cancellations received after the cut-off date will apply to the next cycle.
4. How to Request a Cancellation
